The problem regarding the unemployment, underemployment is one among the hot issues of today's generation. Yearly, thousands and thousands of indivuduals are graduationg.
For those who can't afford, they were very much eager to find job the soonest possible time after graduation. Sagot ng mga nagdaang administrasyon at maging nga kasalukuyang administrasyon ay ang pagdaragdag ng trabaho.
It is good and it is beneficial to have more job opportunities so that the graduate can easilty find the job they were looking for and suited to their area of specialization.
In my own opinion, thousands of jobs and vacancies are posted sa jobstreet.com, jobsdb,com, job88DB etc. The only probem na nakikita ko dito is the high standard of qualifications na hinahanap ng mga kumpanya. Hinahanap ng kumpanya ang pinakamagaling at mahusay and they will based it sa exams and interviews. Sa ganyang paraan, kakaunti lamang ang nakakapasok. Sa aking pag-analisa, hindi masasabi ng isang exam at interview ang isang mabuting empleyado. Hindi ibig sabihin na bumagsak ka sa isang exam o di kaya ay interbyu ay hindi ka na magiging mabuting empleyado. Lahat ng job o trabaho ay madaling pag-aralan lalo na kung ito ang linyang kinuha sa kolehiyo. Maaaring sa umpisa ay mangangapa ito subalit darating ang oras na masasabi nyang siya ay bihasa na sa kanyang trabaho.
May mga kumpanyang naglalagay ng adbertismo at sa ads na iyon mababasa ang katagang, "must have at least 3 or more years of experience", "knowledgeable in.."..tapos may pahabol, "newly graduate are encouraged to apply". how come a newly graduate can have that 3 years minimum requirement if they were not given a chance to be part of the company. May mga kumpanaya rin naghahanap ng empleyado, halimbawa, "statistician"....sa pagiging statisitician hinahanp nila ang 3 years experience, must be graduate from ateneo, ust, lasalle, etc..dapat must be good in programming.....sa ating edukasyon, it is not common na kurso ng statistician at hahaluan ng programming...sa ganitong pagkakataon, magtapos man ng statistics ang isang applicant, mayroon mang 3 taong karanansan, kung wala naman siyang alam sa programming, or di kaya experience sa semiconductors company, experience sa manufacturing, sa finance...magiging walang bearing ang pagiging statistician at pagkakaroon ng tatlong taong karanasa.
